1Jola Hesselberth is an artist who happens to embroider and sew the sweetest, quirky plush characters.

I discovered them in her etsy shop of course and wrote her right away to invite her for a q&a. You always hope someone whose work you admire is awesome and sure enough Jola is a kind spirit brimming with imagination.

Where do you live/work? 
I live in the Netherlands in a small village: Kaatsheuvel.

When did you get into embroidery/sewing and why?
I love to – it makes my mind empty and it always makes me so happy when a puppet comes alive!
